Tropical Whipped Lemonade
Pineapple and coconut give this creamy and refreshing whipped lemonade tropical vacation vibes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 medium lemons)
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (9 ounces)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (2 1/2 ounces)
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Lemon slice, for garnish (optional)
- Place 1/2 cup cream of coconut, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, and 1/2 cup ice cubes in a blender, preferably high-speed. Using the tamper if needed, blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and a lemon slice if desired.
