3-Ingredient Lemon Tahini Dressing
Several years ago, I fell deeply in love with a maple mustard dressing. I used it for everything from salads to marinades, and told anybody in need of a fast flavor booster to make it. But recently, it’s been replaced by a new favorite — this three-ingredient lemon tahini dressing. It’s creamy without any oil, has just a hint of sweetness, and it’s even more versatile than my former standby.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1 small lemon)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Place 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup tahini, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a small bowl and whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick, whisk in 1/3 to 1/2 to cup warm water as needed until it reaches the desired consistency.
